RETURN POLICY

Ordering fine art through the internet without seeing the actual piece may be a bit disconcerting to prospective buyers. Although differences between the original piece and the digital image projected on our web site are subtle, any form of reproduction produces variation. It is for that reason we offer a 10 day guarantee. From the date of your purchase, you have up to 10 days to live with, experience and enjoy the artwork.

If not totally satisfied, please wait for confirmation of your email prior to returning the piece in “a new condition” via the same packaging and carrier. As soon as we receive the piece, we will promptly send another piece of your choice along with the proper credit/debit applied to your account. Shipping costs are not refundable but it is our hope that this policy will overcome the inhibiting factor of purchasing our art over the internet.

Original art and prints by the artist are certified to be free from all defects due to faulty craftsmanship or materials for a period of 12 months. Buyer is cautioned that the artist cannot be responsible for fading, cracking, and other damage of the artwork caused by exposure to direct sunlight, weather, invasive environmental elements or accidents during framing.
